At Holistic Education Services, we provide custom tutoring services. This means that we take time to understand the specific needs of each child and family we work with. We also adapt our lessons to match the various curriculums our students are already using. 

We are a PHONICS based program. We use the Science of Reading to guide our teaching strategies, and we use Direct Instruction as our primary teaching method. This means that we give explicit instructions, and we minimize confusion by making expectations very clear. We work on all of the skills that go into reading: phonics, vocabulary, fluency, comprehension, and writing. This way, students improve their literacy skills in a well-rounded way.

A 1 month package comes with: 

• 6 tutoring lessons (1 hour each, in person)

• 2 coaching sessions (1 hour each, online) that can be used for you (parent coaching) or your kids (executive function coaching)
